Hoito Pancake Mix is produced in Thunder Bay, exclusively for the Finlandia Co-op, by Big Lake Pasta. The Co-op plans to use the profits from this project to re-open the world famous Hoito restaurant on Bay Street. The Hoito first opened in 1918 and, after a 102 year run, was closed in June 2020 due to financial difficulties.
